Thoughts from My Life as an Aviator
I have been flying for thirty years and I have yet to see the forecasted pilot shortage that the experts predict every five years. I have seen union contracts cancelled, pension plans dissolved, the number of Legacy Carriers reduced to six, and aircrew working for less money than they would make working full time flipping burgers.
So, what does the future hold for aviation professionals and what is the best plan for you?
