Good Morning,
A few words of wisdom from the past and a few personal thoughts, from yours truly, to start the new week—-take care, fly safe, and thanks for allowing me to be a part of your week.

The readiness to blame a dead pilot for an accident is nauseating, but it has been the tendency ever since I can remember. What pilot has not been in positions where he was in danger and where perfect judgment would have advised against going?
I have seen others become victims of the philosophy we refer to as—“Pushing the Limits”—and when you are flying commercially your company may expect this; however, this philosophy is only acceptable when you are making this decision for you and you alone. Do not make this decision for others and please remember that when the worst case scenario occurs, and there is an accident, you will stand alone when legal man, and the FAA, come knocking at your door—Protect yourself, protect your family, and protect those who are in your trust.
