Good Morning — It is time to talk about what is on the menu for Friday as we look back at history and set the facts straight on a few important events. We all know about Pan Am and their list of accomplishments in aviation but there were a few forward leaning companies that were on the scene making aviation history long before Juan Trippe. Join me on Friday as we talk about the rest of the story.
If you have not seen the video of Tex Johnson rolling a Boeing-707 during a demonstration flight then I have the video below. It has been said that Pan AM bought the 707 as a result of this maneuver but I think this may be a stretch on the facts and makes for good aviation folklore.
