It’s time to take a stroll down memory lane again and learn a little more about Delta airlines. Last week we talked about their beginnings as a crop dusting operation and next week we will talk more about their development; however, like with other series, we are going to let the ads of the time tell the story—but before we do that I would like to offer up a few more details on the Boeing-314. Next week I will begin to highlight the Martin Flying Boats but I must admit, even though I like the Matins, the 314 is my favorite airplane of all times.
